PMO Analyst - Cork, Ireland

Exceptional Project Controller required to join RINA’s Project Office, accountable for coordinating and maintaining all projects within a complex PMO. You will be a key support in the design and development of a critical Infrastructure Programme, which will deliver downstream energy to Ireland.
This role will be based in Cork, Ireland. 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
Responsibilities
* Input and maintain the accuracy of project budget data
* Support in the preparation of contractual and planning documentation
* Facilitate meetings and take/document meeting minutes
* Monitor project progress, identify issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* At least 5 years' Project Controls experience, preferably within a Project Management Office
* No sector specialism required, but an interest in Energy and/or Engineering would be desirable
* Understanding of Project Management governance, processes and tools including planning, progress tracking, risk and issue management frameworks
* Successful in establishing strong and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; a keen eye for detail
* Strong MS Office expertise, with advanced Excel skills
* To succeed you will be responsive, confident, concise, resilient and able to adapt
* Must live within commutable distance of Cork; we are unable to support with relocation costs
* Must be an Irish citizen, or have right to work in a permanent position. We are unable to sponsor work visa for this position
