You'll contribute to shaping C&B strategies, optimising systems, and enhancing the employee experience in a growing international business.The role is suited to an experienced compensation and benefits professional who is systems-focused, analytical, and energised by balancing strategic initiatives with operational delivery in a dynamic, evolving environment.About the Company & HR DepartmentOur client is a well-established global organisation experiencing significant growth and investment in HR infrastructure, including optimising global compensation and benefits processes and systems.The team operates collaboratively across projects while maintaining ownership of their core areas, ensuring seamless delivery of compensation and benefits programs to employees worldwide.What You'll Be DoingContribute to the implementation and administration of global compensation and benefits strategiesAnalyse market pay and benefits trends to inform internal decisionsCoordinate pay and bonus processes, providing insights to HR and business partnersEnsure compensation and benefits records are accurate and up to date across all regionsWork with external vendors and brokers to maintain and improve benefits programsProvide input on compensation and benefits considerations for hiring and internal movesSpot process improvements and help streamline compensation and benefits operationsSupport global HR initiatives and change programs as requiredWhat We're Looking For6+ years' experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in a global contextStrong understanding of HRIS systems, pay structures, benefits programs, and market benchmarkingProven experience managing pay and bonus cycles, benefits renewals, and vendor relationshipsExcellent analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and attention to detailIdeally from financial services, large-scale organisations, or similar structured environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat's On OfferSalary: €75,000-€80,000 with some flexibility for exceptional candidates with extensive Comp & Bens experience gained within a global setting.Location: Dublin 2Contract: Permanent, full-time positionPension & healthcareBonus opportunityOnsite gymHow They WorkThis role is based in the Dublin head office and requires full-time onsite presence (5 days per week) during the first 6 months/probationary period.
