Job Title: Duty Manager
The role of a Duty Manager involves the day-to-day management of all aspects of a venue. This includes leading daily operations, managing staff, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily operations within the venue including working closely with F&B operations.
* Responsible for all elements of staff management including coordination of daily operational plans, training, development, rostering and motivating the team to achieve common goals.
* Oversee service delivery across all areas of the business.
* Manage systems for stock management, cost control and supplier coordination.
Requirements:
* Previous management/supervisory experience within a hospitality venue.
* Up to date with knowledge of Irish food and alcohol regulations.
* HACCP trained.
* First Aid Certification desirable however training can be provided.
* Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
* Customer focused with excellent relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office packages and a working knowledge computerised management and control systems.
* Flexibility to work based on flexible working hours including evenings, weekend and public holidays.
