Job Description
Clinical Trial Manager
The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) provides operational expertise and leadership to multiple clinical trial teams to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of all aspects of multiple studies through all phases of clinical study management. This is done in accordance with applicable Veristat Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conventions, instructions, and current Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), and applicable local regulations.

What We Offer
* The estimated hiring range for this role is £50,000 - 60,000 plus applicable bonus. This range is specific to the UK and varies for other regions based on local market data. Final salary depends on skills, experience, licensure, certifications, education, location, and market conditions.

What We Look For
* Bachelor’s Degree required; degrees in health sciences strongly preferred.
* 5+ years of experience as a CRA in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting, with demonstrated project leadership skills.
* Thorough knowledge of clinical operations, development processes, ICH/GCP, and regulatory environment.
* Ability to serve as a mentor, coach, and trainer for CRAs.
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
* Proficiency in therapeutic area knowledge relevant to the study.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical systems like EDC, IVRS, CTMS, eTMF.
* Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage workload and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Driving/travel requirements – Up to 30% (UK, Europe, and international as needed). Valid Driver’s License required.
