What Data Analytics brings to Cardinal Health:
The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle to identify, analyze, and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities for a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, reporting and business intelligence solutions, and applies advanced quantitative modeling. Data Analytics leverages business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, communicate, and support timely, accurate, and actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
2. 4+ years of experience, preferably in retail.
3. 3+ years of experience with Tableau for visualization and dashboard creation.
4. Proven ability to interpret data and craft compelling stories to develop actionable insights.
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to develop procedures and documentation.
Responsibilities
1. Interpret analysis results, identify trends and issues, and develop recommendations to support business objectives.
2. Communicate complex information clearly to influence action.
3. Apply comprehensive knowledge of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to various tasks and projects.
4. Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in exploring data and resources to support narratives.
5. Contribute to policy and procedure development.
6. Work on complex, large-scale projects and develop innovative technical solutions.
7. Work independently with general guidance, ensuring work meets objectives.
Additional Details
* Anticipated salary range: $79,700 – $113,800
* Bonus eligible: No
