Job Title: HR Administrator - Part Time Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Head of HR in delivering administrative tasks. This role will involve maintaining payroll and onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in HR system management.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. They will also be responsible for managing the HR Locker system, updating data and information, and collaborating with colleagues to onboard new employees.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain HR Locker system, including ongoing updates and data entry.
* Onboard and offboard colleagues, cast, and creatives as required.
* Ensure accurate and timely data for payroll processing.
* Manage timesheet process and generate reports as needed.
* Respond to general queries and manage recruitment administration.
Person Specification:
* Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
* Strong HR system experience, ideally with HR Locker or similar systems.
* Payroll and HR operations experience, with understanding of relevant processes and data flow.
* Previous experience in HR administration and proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
