We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our retail stores across Ireland and the UK.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing others and experience in training needs analysis, program design, and delivery. Your responsibilities will include conducting workshops, designing e-learning modules, and managing our Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs
* Design and deliver engaging e-learning modules that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
* Manage and maintain our LMS to ensure seamless user experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant field, such as education or instructional design
* Proven experience in training needs analysis, program design, and delivery
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel within the UK and Ireland as required
