We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join our clients dynamic, multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals on their recovery journey. About our client We are a well-established addiction treatment service located in Dublin, providing comprehensive support to individuals affected by substance misuse. Our model of care is holistic, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused, offering both residential and community-based programmes. The Role As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the nursing team, ensuring clinical excellence, and supporting service users through safe and effective treatment pathways. You will work collaboratively with medical, therapeutic, and support staff to maintain high standards of care and support continuous service development.
