* Lead and support the reception and administrative team
* Oversee performance management within the team
* Manage rotas, workload allocation, and day-to-day scheduling
* Handle patient queries and feedback with professionalism and compassion
* Ensure compliance with policies, governance, data protection, and confidentiality
* Support audits, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives
* Collaborate closely with Business and Operations Manager
About You:

* Has a minimum of 1 years experience in office or small team management
* Has strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Can stay calm, efficient, and supportive in a busy environment
* Shows excellent attention to detail and confidence with IT systems
