Opportunity to join rapidly growing leading energy organisation.
Working as part of the Commercial Sales Team, the Customer Service and Sales Support Associate will manage inbound calls from customers and ensure queries are dealt with efficiently, provide admin support to the Sales team, maintain CRM and other systems, liaise closely with account managers and assist with sales leads.
Experience
2+ years experience in a similar role
Gets results, is self-motivated, is committed and manages time to delivering high-quality work.
Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills and dedication to meeting the requirements of internal and external customers.
Establishes and maintains effective relationships.
Is adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Maintains CRM and other systems to a high degree of accuracy and up to date.
