This successful Dublin based Company is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Embedded Security Systems Engineer to support a high-profile, strategically critical client based in Dublin.
This is a fully embedded, on-site role, where you will operate as a trusted technical partner within the clients organisation.
The successful candidate will act as the primary technical lead for electronic security systems, be responsible for the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of enterprise-level Access Control and CCTV systems, as well as the wider security infrastructure in a mission-critical environment.

You will act as the technical site lead for all electronic security systems Provide hands-on support across system integration, commissioning, maintenance, and optimisation Lead troubleshooting, fault resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Support system upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and enhancement projects Carry out system testing, validation, and acceptance activities Manage and deliver site-specific planned preventative maintenance requirements Coordinate with the Company Account Management, Projects, and Installation teams to support scheduled works Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and compliance Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance, resilience, and service delivery Participate in a 24/7 on-call duty roster for emergency situations only, on a scheduled and rotational basis Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels Working Pattern & On-Call Support This role is primarily site-based.
Due to the critical nature of the client environment, there is an expectation that the successful candidate will participate in a structured 24/7 on-call duty roster to support emergency situations only.
On-call participation is rotational, planned, and aligned with the nature of the role.
Skills Required.
Minimum 5 years experience in the electronic security industry, supporting enterprise-grade systems with strong technical knowledge of: IP CCTV and VMS platforms Networked electronic security systems Enterprise level access control systems System integration and fault diagnosis Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, system design, and architecture Experience working in mission-critical or high-security environments Ability to operate independently as an on-site technical lead Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to troubleshooting Customer-focused mindset with high standards of professionalism Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Full clean Irish driving licence Desirable(but not essential) Exposure to SLA-driven service environments Previous experience in an embedded or single-client role The ideal candidate will be a technically strong and dependable security systems professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.
