Lead HR Professional
As a seasoned Lead HR Professional, you will spearhead the development and execution of HR strategy aligned with organisational goals and objectives, ensuring a positive employee experience through recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. You will implement performance management frameworks that promote accountability, engagement, and feedback, as well as coordinate training, learning, and talent development initiatives.

Requirements:
* Chartered CIPD membership
