Salary
13‑point salary scale as of 01/02/2026: €37,788 – €56,032.
Community Nurse Team
Reporting to the Community Nurse Manager, the successful candidate will deliver responsive person‑centred care within the Horizons Community. The team will respond to evolving health needs of the People We Support (PWS) through compassionate care, innovative approaches and sustainable practices, while promoting health and well‑being across various settings.
Professional Qualifications, Experience, Etc.
Relevant third level qualification (level 8) in Nursing and live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
Valid work permission for the legal right to live and work in Ireland.
Very good interpersonal skills and flexibility to meet changing needs.
Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient IT skills.
Team player and flexible.
A full clean driving licence is essential.
