Resilience and Compliance Expert
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our resilience planning activities, support crisis and continuity exercises, and facilitate cross-functional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, maintaining accurate and current risk management documentation, supporting the development and maintenance of business continuity plans, preparing and conducting crisis and business continuity exercises, prioritizing critical business functions and establishing appropriate recovery strategies, monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitating communication and coordination among business units and with relevant external entities and stakeholders, staying informed about industry trends and best practices, offering guidance to internal stakeholders to align with regulations.
This role requires a minimum of 7 years' experience in resilience, business continuity, or emergency management, along with demonstrated expertise in risk assessment and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management experience, communication and presentation skills, demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, business impact analysis, and the development and implementation of mitigation strategies, proven ability to lead and influence change and to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
