Maintenance Technician Job Description:
The role of Maintenance Technician is crucial to the smooth operation of our production facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning correctly.
1. Timely and effectively troubleshoot and repair equipment and electrical system issues
2. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical control systems
3. Provide day-to-day electrical utilities and engineering services in a high-speed manufacturing environment
5. Evaluate spares requirements to meet operational needs
6. Preliminary preparation for line changeovers as per the production schedule
The following skills are required:
prior experience with conveyors, depositors weighing machines or similar industrial processing machinery
fault-finding skills ability to work independently or with others tracking technical performance yield downtime & optimizing productivity efficiency within computerized CMMS environments Good understanding.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention detail accuracy proven track record working within industry recognized certifications national trade qualifications .
or other relevant formally recognized engineering qualification prior experience.
