Job Title: Strategic Operations Leader
About the Role:
The Strategic Operations Leader will drive operational excellence and best business practice, optimising our service(s) and value offering to customers to achieve performance targets. This role requires strong leadership, entrepreneurial ability, and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with industry standards, relevant employment legislation, ISO, and company procedures & policies.
* Maintain an absolute focus on Health and Safety at all times, ensuring a safe working environment and full compliance with health and safety legislation.
* Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
* Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
* Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of operating at a strategic level, building strong client relationships, and value-based management. They will also possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Requirements:
* A relevant Business Degree or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in senior leadership roles in an appropriate field.
* Knowledge of multiple operational functions including finance, customer service, operations, and people management.
* Ability to use a creative approach to influence at all levels, leading the team to meet demanding targets and deadlines within a modern, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building lasting client relationships.
