Role Description:
The
Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator
plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, materials, and information across the supply chain. This position involves coordinating logistics operations, managing inventory levels, and supporting the planning and execution of transportation and distribution activities. Working closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, the Coordinator ensures that all shipments are handled accurately, cost-effectively, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely deliveries.
* Plan and schedule shipments according to production and customer requirements.
* Maintain regular communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to manage delivery timelines and resolve issues.
* Monitor inventory levels and track material flow to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
* Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as invoices, customs forms, and compliance records.
* Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in logistics operations.
* Support the implementation of supply chain management systems and tools.
* Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics activities with business goals.
* Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance, cost control, and service quality.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or supply chain operations.
* Solid understanding of supply chain principles, transportation management, and inventory control.
* Experience with ERP or logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
* Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
