Job Role
You will be responsible for providing excellent service to hotel guests, reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager and Operations Manager.
* Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
* Ensure a good working knowledge of food and beverage.
* Be able to make recommendations.
* Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
* Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
* General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
* Serve guests with food and beverage.
Requirements
Previous experience is essential.
* Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings and weekends.
* Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* Micros experience would be preferable.
* Experience in a hotel is preferable.
