Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled leader to manage and oversee the operations of our nursing home.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care in accordance with HIQA standards
* Lead, motivate and develop staff through coaching, mentoring and performance management
Requirements:
We require an experienced nurse leader who can work effectively at all levels. The successful candidate must have a minimum 3 years' experience in nursing older persons within the last 6 years.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills as well as organisational ability
Skills And Qualifications:
A Registered Nurse with NMBI registration is essential for this role. The position requires a sound understanding of HIQA regulations & inspection requirements. Additionally, we seek someone who can demonstrate sound decision making & problem solving abilities with good interpersonal skills including respect towards colleagues/senior staff/team members.
A robust knowledge base is crucial so previous exposure/working exprience related medical/healthcare or similar sectors would be beneficial but not required .
