Job Description
A QC IT Systems Engineer is required on an initial 12-Month basis by CareerWise Recruitment for our Waterford-based Biopharmaceutical Client.As the QC IT Systems Engineer you will work within the IT Team to help develop and maintain computer systems and laboratory infrastructure in order to support QC activities. This is an initial 12-month contract with likely extension.
Role of this position
Your duties as the QC IT Systems Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: 1. As the QC IT Systems Engineer, you will support a wide range of different technologies and systems as well as supporting scientific research activities. 2. As the QC IT Systems Engineer, you will help build, deploy and maintain servers as well as supporting the administration and implementation of QC / LIMS. 3. As the QC IT Systems Engineer, you will work closely with IT vendors to procure and deliver IT infrastructure projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Relevant degree in an IT related discipline. 2. Proven industry experience working as an IT QC Systems Engineer. 3. A working knowledge and practical experience with IT Security and QC / IT Systems.
