We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Pearse Street, Ballina. In this role, you will work closely with our Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Partner with your store manager to drive commercial performance through sales growth and cost control
* Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by delivering world-class service and coaching colleagues on effective communication skills
* Maintain store operations at the highest standards of compliance, safety, wellbeing & stock accuracy while supporting recruitment & development initiatives across the floor
