Our client, a global communications and strategy consultancy is seeking an ambitious and highly skilled communications professional to join its Dublin office as the business continues to grow. The position follows a hybrid model, three days per week in-office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) with the option to work remotely on Wednesday and Friday. advising the next generation of leaders shaping the new economy. Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the planning and execution of global public relations campaigns.
* Drafting, editing, and distributing press releases and media materials.
* Handling enquiries from journalists, clients, prospective clients, and external stakeholders.
* Researching and developing compelling narratives for international media outreach.
* Managing regular one-to-one client interactions.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with influential media contacts.
* Attending client and new business meetings.
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
* A minimum of three years' experience within a public relations agency.
* A strong record of securing media coverage and developing relationships with journalists.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen interest in finance and technology.
* The ability to think strategically and deliver integrated global PR campaigns.
* Proficiency in media monitoring and analytics, with the capability to present performance insights and demonstrate return on investment.
* Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
* Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
