Responsibilities:Support the recruitment function from compiling and posting recruitment adverts, sourcing and interviewing candidates to selecting and hiring top talentSource potential candidates through social media platforms and professional networksIdentify and attend employer branding initiatives e.g. recruitment and job fairsProactively review market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologiesCreate monthly reporting on key talent acquisition metrics and market intelligenceAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes to include the delivery of company inductionsMaintain and update all aspects of employee data to include the development and maintenance of our HR system while being conscious of and compliant with Data Protection and GDPR legislationMonitor probation periods to ensure reviews are conducted correctly and in a timely mannerProvide support in addressing any potential employee relations issues that may ariseAssist with the reviewing and updating of Company policies and proceduresSupport the delivery of key HR strategiesCompile data for analysis and generate robust reports as requiredProvide assistance in the management of the Company Apprenticeship ProgrammeProvide inter-departmental support and successfully co-ordinate multifaceted projectsAny other duties as deemed necessary for the efficiency of the businessRequirements:Recently qualified with a HR degree or alternatively a CIPD qualificationA minimum of 1 years' experience in a fast-paced Human Resource roleHave a strong interest in employment legislation and developing their HR knowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office and preferably has TMS/HRI software experienceDiscreet with the ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR regulationsKnowledge of the Electrical, Mechanical and Automation industries an advantageExcellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in EnglishBenefits:Bike to work schemeLoyalty holidays schemeOn-site parkingPensionRefer a friend schemeRelevant training for development
