You will report directly into our CRO. We are seeking a sales leader who will play a pivotal role in the EMEA region by executing on our EMEA GTM strategy; recruiting new hires while mentoring, coaching and developing an existing high performing sales team of EMEA account executives; and help to land net new customers for Tines and expanding existing customers.Location: Within proximity to Dublin City Centre to be in the Tines HQ office at least 2-3 days a weekWhat you will be doing:Develop a thriving, diverse sales team who are trusted advisors to Tines new and existing EMEA customersFoster an inclusive and collaborative environment with a culture of coaching and feedbackWin new clients and logos and expanding existing customers with the support of partnership, marketing, sales engineering & business developmentDevelopment of a high performing diverse EMEA Account Executive team, including recruiting, hiring and coachingAdvise and guide the EMEA Account Executive team to manage and close customer deals that create business value and ROI for Tines customersCreating, guiding and managing Tines business campaigns with marketing and business development to generate new customer opportunitiesAccurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior leadershipLeverage and plan the various resources at your disposal (customer success, sales engineering, partnerships, marketing, lead generation ) to identify and win new business for TinesCreate and develop an Account Executive talent pool for the wider sales organizationLead complex technical customer engagements when necessary to assist with winning business against competitionWhat you bring with you:Minimum of 3 years experience in managing, coaching, developing and mentoring SaaS sales teamsCandidates must have fluency in English and either German or French. Alternatively, fluency in English and any two other European languages is also acceptableSales Leadership: Proven experience managing, coaching, developing and mentoring SaaS sales / Account Executive teamsResults Orientated: Proven success consistently performing against quotas and metrics. A Hunter / builder mentality with a strong drive for results and over-achievementBetter Together: Well-versed in indirect selling including partnering with channel and technology alliance partnersOperational Rigor: An operational lens that will ensure that planning and strategy are central to the team’s successGrowth Mindset: See challenges, setbacks and losses as opportunities for growth, progression and learningTechnical Product Sales: Tines sells to technical stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, Heads of IT, Heads of DevOps/Infrastructure and CTOs. Has been a previous individual contributor selling a technical SaaS solution and / or leading a team that sells to technical stakeholders rather than functional stakeholders.Collaborative: Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment.Empathetic: Strong engagement and relationship building skills.Communication: Ability to cleanly, succinctly and concisely net out explain ideas, thoughts and conceptsResourceful: Experience as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.
