What does the typical day look like:
Business Development Executive
1. Lead generation: Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords
2. Landlord communication: Contacting potential landlords and managing the process from the beginning to the signing of the contract
3. Contract negotiation: Successful negotiation and signing of contracts
4. Data maintenance: Maintaining up-to-date information in our customised database software, LiveTrack
Sales Executive
5. Communicating with landlords: negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlords
6. Preparing for calls with landlords: includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the Company's database/software system, intranet, and other various sources
7. Entering Data: entering data into the Company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
8. Preparing Proposals: creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.
What are we looking for:
9. Fluent in German.
10. Great attention to detail
11. Sales and negotiation experience
