About Your New Employer
We need an ambitious sales leader comfortable in working with in person sales to lead a function on a contract basis. Based on site in Dublin 2 with a market leader in their sector
About Your New Job
* Manage and provide leadership to a team of 5 with responsibility for 10 sites nationwide
* Own the P&L and the sales pipeline
* Work with key accounts alongside your team to grow their presence with your business and generate additional revenue streams
* Partner with senior leaders across the business to ensure strong representation in the market and attract new clients
* Attend industry events where required as a member of the SLT
* Forecast sales and manage the budget across the financial year
What Skills You Need
* 5 years in a commercially focused leadership role
* Background in 5 star hospitality a significant advantage
* Able to work 5 days on site in Dublin 2
* Full working rights for ireland
