About the Job:
Transport Office Administrators play a vital role in ensuring seamless logistics coordination, efficient communication, and accurate record-keeping across daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, providing administrative support to the Manager and other team members, and contributing to the smooth operation of our transport office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to emails and direct them to the relevant personnel.
* Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
* Assist with scanning, photocopying, and preparing documents as needed.
* Support the team with data entry and updating records in a timely manner.
* Provide professional phone support and messages to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Order necessary office supplies and maintain an adequate inventory.
* Offer general administrative assistance to the Manager and team members when required.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential for this role.
* Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
