Position Description
As Project Manager, you will oversee projects in the public and private sectors, ensuring delivery to clients safely, on time, and within budget. You should be proactive, energetic, and demonstrate expertise throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires experience in project management or as a technical lead, with skills in managing client expectations and developing stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing multiple projects across APAC & EMEA regions, ensuring alignment with company values
* Leading cross-functional teams, suppliers, and sub-contractors through all project phases
* Interpreting client requirements to develop detailed project plans and scopes
* Creating project schedules and resource allocations
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the project
* Maintaining project documentation (schedules, budgets, risk registers, etc.)
* Participating in meetings on-site and off-site with clients and teams
* Resolving conflicts and issues promptly
* Monitoring project financials and procurement activities
* Identifying new opportunities and liaising with sales and management
* Completing project close-out reports
* Sharing knowledge and lessons learned to improve processes
Requirements:
* Experience in design, installation, commissioning, or project management of electrical power systems, switchgear, control systems, SCADA, EMS/BMS, or UPS systems
Additional Requirements
* Degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related fields; PMP, Prince, or trade background considered
* 1-2 years’ project management experience preferred
* Attention to detail and high-quality delivery
* Strong commercial, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and communication abilities
* Willingness to travel periodically within the APAC & EMEA regions
