Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and actively mentor and motivate our store team.
* Effectively communicate business goals and objectives to colleagues.
* Identify commercial opportunities in your local area.
* Manage cash and stock control.
* Support the store management team in making the best use of payroll and headcount budgets.
* Support with recruitment of store colleagues when required.
* Authorise and handle refunds and exchanges.
* Manage the performance of store colleagues.
* Conduct Performance Appraisals and support talent and succession planning for your team.
* Foster a safe environment for customers and colleagues by following health and safety regulations.
* Create a phenomenal shopping experience for all customers.
