SHEQ Manager Job Overview
This role is responsible for the management and maintenance of the company's Environmental Management System, Health & Safety Management System, and Quality Management System. The SHEQ Manager will work closely with top management to ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's Environmental Management System, Health & Safety Management System, and Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Report on the performance of the Quality and Environmental Management System and identify opportunities for improvement
- Control document information
- Liaise with external parties on health and safety and environmental matters
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 8 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
- Certificate in Environmental Management
- IOSH membership
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the civil engineering industry preferred
- Valid Safe Pass and/or SMSTS card holder
- Experience in coordinating health and safety
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards
- Internal auditing experience
- Conducting risk assessments and corrective action plans
- High administrative and IT skills
- Willingness to travel
