Job DescriptionTo work as a member of the Finance Team in a progressive and growing organisation, supporting the financial operations.
Main duties will be within Accounts Administration including AP, Banking, Credit card bookings and adhoc financial analysis.About The RoleRole:· Manage accounts inbox and handling all AP queries· Booking and Costing of Purchase Invoices including correct GL and Department coding· Supplier Reconciliations· Credit Card booking and reconciliations· Prepare & load payment Runs to Bank· Bank reconciliations· Manage AP ageingEssential Skills:· Strong analytical skills· Experience in adhoc financial analyses· Excellent attention to detail· Good numeracy skills· Experience of working to tight deadlines· Problem analysis and resolution· Strong excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables· Commitment to maintaining good standards within Accounts Payable· Ability to work well in a teamSkills NeededAbout The CompanyAshdale Care is the leading provider of enhanced and specialised therapeutic residential care for children and young people in Ireland.
