Our client is seeking a qualified
Resident/Site Architect
(or Architectural Technologist) to join our team on a major €75M+ public project in Limerick.
You'll represent the OPW on-site, overseeing construction quality, compliance, and progress for a high-profile shell-and-core office development.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years post-grad experience
Completed professional practice exams (or equivalent)
On-site experience on a major project
Strong knowledge of Building Regulations & construction monitoring
Ideal:
Experience with GCC Contracts
Shell-and-core development exposure
ISO **** systems familiarity
Excellent communication & reporting skills
