About the Role:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of Motor, Household, and Van insurance policies for a broad customer base
* Deliver premium service and support on inbound calls
* Liaise with insurers to resolve queries and process instructions efficiently
* Evaluate policy administration to ensure compliance with industry standards and GDPR regulations
* Provide expert guidance to customers across multiple product lines
* Process policy updates and customer payments effectively
* Meet individual performance targets within a collaborative environment
Requirements:
* Hold APA qualification (Insurance Institute of Ireland) – essential
* Demonstrate goal-oriented skills and effective time management
* Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational prowess
* Develop clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Pose a professional attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation
* Previous experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments is advantageous
