Overview:
Candidates will serve as the Human Resources point of contact for employees, conducting weekly meetings with site managers and monthly discussions with other members of the Life Science management team. They will consult with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate, conduct recruitment efforts, participate in hiring decisions, and educate new employees in benefits and retention programs.
Responsibilities:
* Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and administer attendance, service award, employee referral, and birthday programs
* Conduct exit interviews and 30-day check-ins, analyze data, and make recommendations to the management team
* Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
* Identify training needs and participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs
Requirements:
* Certification in Human Resource Management
* Bachelors Degree preferred
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
* Experience with a Human Capital Management System
