Production Scheduler
The role of the Production Scheduler is to develop and implement a production plan that meets business objectives.
* Key Responsibilities
* Create detailed production schedules and ensure accurate delivery of required product quantities.
* Collaborate with supervisors to plan daily activities and determine shift staffing requirements.
* Utilize digital tools, such as scheduling software and manufacturing execution systems, to optimize production operations.
* Maintain accurate records in SAP/APO to reflect current ROP (Requirement and Operation) Plan.
* Represent production at site scheduling meetings and communicate suitability of new deliveries.
* Coordinate campaign start-up activities for existing product re-introductions.
* Develop a master production plan for manufactured products and maintain valid production plans in SAP.
* Drive process improvements and own scheduling tools to run and model process equipment.
* Work collaboratively with the site Supply Chain team to ensure products are available for shipping within agreed timelines.
* Support the R&OP process and seek approval for schedule changes.
* Coordinate all Batch Release activities and provide Power User support for SAP Master Data changes.

* Proficiency in using digital scheduling, manufacturing execution, and ERP tools.
