Senior Pharmacist Role
Our organization is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmacist to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to patients under our care.
1. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning, organisational and resource management skills, as well as leadership, interpersonal and people management abilities.
2. They must have experience of change management and quality improvement initiatives, and be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing continuing professional development and role-specific learning.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the highest priority is given to patient care and safety at all times.
* Embodying, promoting and upholding UPMC core values: Quality and Safety, Dignity and Respect, Caring and Listening, Responsibility and Integrity, Excellence and Innovation.
* Participating in the delivery and development of a clinical pharmacy service, conducting prescription review, patient education, and documentation of clinical interventions.
This is a full-time, permanent position located in Waterford, Ireland. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in pharmacy, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
