Leadership Role in Engineering Project Delivery
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of engineering projects at a manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project scoping, commissioning, qualification, and start-up operations management
* New engineering project scoping and securing capital approval
* Coordination of specialist trades and departments participation
* Update and influence management and project stakeholders communication
* Project documentation, cost estimation, and scheduling maintenance
* Project progress reporting and risk management
* Continuous improvement and open communication facilitation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* Experience in delivering engineering projects within GMP regulated environments
* Project management certification desirable
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Teamwork and collaboration ability

* Interface with all site departments, Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, Quality, MSAT, Commissioning/Qualification and Training teams
