Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service to members via various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
* Process loan applications, manage member accounts, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
* Assist with credit control queries and provide support to peers in achieving their qualifications.
* Contribute to back-office operations and participate in sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* For Member Services Officer level: QFA/CUA qualification or APA in Loans & Savings and Investment.
* For Member Services Executive level: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Financial Institution and previous satisfaction of Central Bank Guidelines for sales and related activities.
* Excellent IT skills, administration skills, and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of SCION is an advantage.
