Technical Support Specialist - German Language

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Technical Support Specialist with fluent German language skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will be part of a team responsible for providing technical support for medical products and related infrastructure. Your role will involve troubleshooting incidents proactively and reactively, managing incident queues and intake channels, taking ownership of incidents, and communicating with customers as required.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of Windows Servers 2008, 2012, 2016, ability to understand application workflows, troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues, and possess basic Linux service administration skills.

You will work closely with other support groups to deliver excellent service and support, and contribute to project and service delivery. This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally and work alongside a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests.
* Taking ownership of incidents and communicating with customers as required.
* Responding promptly to reactive and proactive incidents.
* Recording and documenting incident tickets.
* Monitoring omnichannel intake.
* Detailing accurate information in case documentation.
* Coordinating internally with other support groups in a timely fashion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* German (B2 or higher) and English language skills.
* Strong understanding of Windows Servers 2008, 2012, 2016.
* Ability to understand application workflows.
* Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
* Basic Linux service administration skills.
* Basic MySQL/MS SQL skills.
* Time management skills.
* Customer service experience.
* Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
* Proficiency in analyzing logs and traces to define corrective actions.
