Senior Business Analyst
This is a key role that involves capturing, documenting and managing business requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Capture, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
* Develop strategic documents including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use case packs, and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
* Support the facilitation of workshops, prepare materials, and maintain clear project documentation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ICT solutions meet business needs.
