Area Manager - Dublin & Surrounding Areas Our client, a leading global footwear and lifestyle brand, is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple retail locations across Dublin and surrounding areas. Role Overview As Area Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, implementing strategies to improve store performance, and developing strong, capable teams. You will lead by example, inspiring store managers and teams to deliver the highest operational and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the annual sales plan for your area. Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and teams on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Implement marketing initiatives, visual merchandising standards, and promotional activity. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Create and maintain training plans to support staff development. Drive operational excellence, including payroll management, loss prevention, and stock control. Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and HR-related tasks. Ensure compliance with employment law and health & safety requirements. Additional Duties Support new store openings and promotional events. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reviews. What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Area or Multi-Site Manager in retail. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Commercially focused with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
