The Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Immigration Sales Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a client-facing role where you will be speaking with new and existing clients daily, guiding them through our services, and helping convert enquiries into completed applications. You will be a key point of contact throughout the client journey — from first enquiry through to onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident on the phone, and takes initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Responding quickly to inbound enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email)
Managing assigned leads from first contact through to completion
Clearly explaining our services and guiding clients through next steps
Proactively following up with clients to progress enquiries
Accurately updating our CRM with all interactions and outcomes
Working closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams
Contributing ideas to improve conversion rates and sales processes
Supporting short-form video and social content when required
Building your own pipeline through LinkedIn, networking, and initiative
Escalating complex immigration matters to senior team members
We provide daily leads, but strong performers will also build their own pipeline.

Comfortable on the phone and occasionally on camera
Sales experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is attitude, communication skills, and work ethic.
A second language is a strong advantage (Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, Filipino, Hindi, Urdu, etc.).
Hours & Location
20 hours per week • 3 days per week • Fully on-site in our Wexford office
Pay & Progression
Following a successful 6-month probation period, this role may progress to:
4 days per week (32 hours) based on performance and business needs
Pay & Progression • €14.20 per hour • 5% commission on service fees • Realistic €5,000–€10,000+ (part-time)
