JW Property Maintenance carries out emergency response callouts for some of the leading insurance companies, as well as reactive and preventative maintenance services for companies and estate agents throughout the Limerick and Clare Areas.
As our PA/Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting these operations, managing day to day administration, and ensuring smooth communication between our company, clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
Preparing and issuing quotes and invoices.
Coordinating job scheduling and tracking progress with facility management companies and direct customers.
Producing reports, maintaining records, and supporting general office administration.
Managing incoming enquiries and ensuring timely responses.
Assisting with project coordination and follow-ups.
About you
We're looking for someone who is Experienced in the construction, property maintenance, or related sector.
Must be extremely organised and Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently without supervision.
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Confident with digital tools, scheduling systems, and general office software.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
