The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Payroll executive to join our growing outsourcing team. This role involves supporting both the accounting and payroll services offered by the department. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accounting technician to further their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the team you will be responsible for the following:
Payroll duties:
* End to end processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls using Sage Payroll and BrightPay software packages.
* Ensure compliance with Irish employment and taxation laws
* Preparation and submission of payroll related returns (PSR's etc.)
* Handle client payroll queries and liaise with clients on same.
* Keep up to date on changes in payroll legislation and Revenue guidance.
Who we are looking for:
* IPASS payroll qualification is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of Irish payroll
* Proficient in payroll software
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
* Good communication skills
