Location:Limerick, IrelandCompany:Padel Tennis IrelandOpening:Q2 2026About the RolePadel Tennis Ireland is opening its second facility in Limerick in Q2 this year — This will be the largest purpose-built padel tennis facility in Ireland.We are seeking a Padel Venue Experience Manager to become the face and operational lead of thisexciting new venue. This is a hands-on, front-of-house leadership role for someone who thrives insport, hospitality, and community-driven environments. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the facility, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while driving commercial performance across bookings, events, retail, and programming.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Management• Oversee daily operations of the venue• Ensure courts, amenities, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards• Liaise with maintenance suppliers and contractors• Uphold health & safety standardsBooking Management• Manage all court bookings (individual & group)• Coordinate and grow corporate bookings• Optimise scheduling to maximise utilisation• Deliver exceptional customer communication and serviceCorporate Events & Partnerships• Lead the organisation of corporate events and private hire• Build relationships with local businesses and organisations• Support large-scale events (e.g., national tournaments or major competitions)Tournaments & Programming• Plan and execute tournaments and leagues• Support showcase events and flagship competitions• Deliver seamless event-day operationsPro Shop Management• Manage stock control, merchandising, and supplier relationships• Sales and upselling opportunities• Ensure an engaging customer retail experiencePadel Camps• Manage the delivery of school holiday padel camps• Coordinate coaches and daily schedules• Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive experience for all participantsWorking HoursOn-site: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pmFlexibility required for major events (including occasional weekends).
