Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead our childcare service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership Role: Oversee the day-to-day management of the childcare service, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 6 months to 12 years.
* Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of childcare staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent standards of care.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including TUSLA and Department of Education standards.
* Curriculum Implementation: Implement and review an Aistear-based curriculum, promoting child development and learning.
* Communication: Liaise with parents, families, and external agencies, maintaining effective relationships and partnerships.
* Operations Management: Manage rosters, HR issues, and staff development, ensuring a well-organized and efficient service.
