Key elements of your role as a General Manager:
Understand the guest and how to efficiently manage their expectations.
Have a great front-of-house presence, be a leader, and inspire your team.
Fully understand and articulate financial targets.
Establish and maintain realistic budgets and identify ways to improve profitability and manage cost controls effectively.
Demonstrate an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of the industry.
Identify business opportunities with the greatest potential return on investment, aligned with company goals and brand.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you:
You have proven experience managing a large, structured team in a high-paced, high-volume restaurant.
You lead by example, inspiring and mentoring your team to work as one, maintaining high morale and service standards.
You have the confidence to go the extra mile.
You love to wow guests with exceptional service.
You have excellent English language skills.
