What We are Looking For….
We are looking for a highly competent Customer Planner who will be part of our Supply Chain team and who will be a key part in capturing orders for our most important customers.
The successful candidate will be a key player in managing relationships with our reorder buyers and field sales representative. They will take ownership in providing a best-in-class service.

What You will Do…
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
* Monitor and analyze order fulfillment metrics such as On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays.
* Coordinate with supply planners and procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding stockouts or excess inventory across distribution channels.
* Conduct regular inventory analysis to support demand forecasting, production planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, handling queries related to delivery timelines, order status, and supply chain disruptions.
* Participate in customer business reviews and forecasting meetings, contributing to improved service levels, demand accuracy, and supply alignment.
* Liaise with third-party logistics providers and internal transport teams to coordinate shipping schedules in line with customer delivery windows and compliance requirements.
* Support the development and implementation of logistics plans that minimize transportation costs while maintaining high service standards.
* Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction levels.
* Identify and implement process improvements within the order-to-delivery cycle to drive efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance customer experience.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all aspects of order management, inventory planning, and logistics operations.
What You will Have…
* Previous experience working in a similar role/in FMCG is preferable.
* Third level qualification in business/supply chain discipline highly desirable.
* Highly presentable, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and IT skills especially MS Excel.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Flexibility and willingness to work outside your area of responsibility when required.
* Complete fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
