The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Designer to help shape design strategy and execution for a diversified global financial institution. This role is pivotal in guiding visual identity and delivering high‑impact creative solutions that align with our Marketing and Customer Experience (CX) objectives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate how design delivers business value through compelling storytelling, strategic thinking, and flawless execution.
You will combine creativity with precision, producing visually and editorially engaging assets for a sophisticated audience. This position offers an opportunity to influence brand direction while advancing your career in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities
* Define and uphold brand standards, establishing processes to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
* Partner with the marketing team to develop innovative concepts for branding, campaigns, and communications.
* Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate fresh ideas.
* Oversee project workflows, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Translate complex data and research into clear, impactful visual narratives.
* Present creative concepts and solutions confidently to senior stakeholders.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
* Extensive creative experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead design role
* Strong relevant industry experience.
* Exceptional design expertise with a strong creative vision and meticulous attention to detail.
* Proven experience in both print and digital design; motion graphics skills are highly desirable.
* Ability to pitch and articulate design concepts effectively to senior audiences.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience
* Familiarity with Ceros and Drupal.
* Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
* Experience identifying business development opportunities.
* Prior experience in the Financial Services sector is considered an advantage.
* Additional expertise in motion graphics.
