Third-Party Vendor Management Professional
We are seeking an experienced Third-Party Vendor Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vendor management, with the ability to effectively oversee and manage third-party vendors within the Consumer domain for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performance management of BPO vendors, generating insights, presenting them to stakeholders, creating strategies to improve vendor performance, ensuring compliance with Coinbase requirements policy-wise and contractually.
About you:
* You have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in vendor management or Consumer/Compliance Operations
* You have experience leading BPO operations preferably in Compliance space or directly relevant Financial sector
* You possess excellent communication skills both written & verbal
* You demonstrated ability effectively present information internal external audiences
* You proven leader able coordinate multi-disciplinary projects fast-paced deadline-oriented environment broad impact involved
